New problems that weren't there last night... The width of the page is too wide for people like moi who put their Start bar on the left side of the screen instead of across the bottom. Oh. And this comment text is freaking MINISCULE and really light gray when you go to actually type up the comment. Fixxx it, please.

Ok, I narrowed it down as much as I dare, I hate having those graphs farther down the page go off the side. I made the typing and reading sizes a skosh bigger, anything else, in my opinion, looks funky. The entry color is now black, I was going to be a dick and make it neon pink, but I can't make heads or tails of the whole hexadecimal color code thing and the color picker isn't working for me. As for changing the reply time stuff, I 'aven't the foggiest.

Ok, the time issue has to do with the style I'm using not supporting customized timezones for comments. They're in GMT, which happens to be six hours ahead of us. As far as I can tell, there's no way to fix this, so I added the GMT to the end in an attempt to make the time more understandable.

Yaay! The comment text is much better, though the width is still a little wonky. It's all smooshed to the left side of the page with a six-pixel gap (approximately) on the right side of the page. Other than that, it looks like you've taken care of everything else.
